HORIZON fleet management software gives users real-time control over the production from anywhere: Anticipate maintenance need, adjust shift cycles, alter vehicle routes and speeds. Issue immediate instructions to the operators via the on-board terminals.
Horizon software provides automatic dispatch and allows users to monitor:

It is proven and powerful dispatch software which supports Big Data. It is easily customizable with an intuitive interface displaying visual maps, tables and charts. You can run it on your server or we can host it on Cloud.

Equipment are clearly grouped by type and assigned to a zone. Display their activities, modify data if required and print activity reports.
Assign an origin or destination to your operators manually by ‘drag and drop’, or use the automatic vehicle dispatcher for maximum productivity.
Monitor geographical position, speed of vehicle and activities in real-time on site maps. Replay the logs if you spot any anomaly in a zone of activity.
Perform multifunction data analyses and publish easy-to-read reports for Key Production Indicators (KPI) at specified periods of time.
Manage activities per zone sites, product zones, zone levels, etc. Add new zones. Assign origins and destinations; these will be automatically displayed in the Dispatch module.

Be aware of all issues straightaway rather than at the end of the shift. Your Android or IOS mobile phone will notify you as soon as a security, production or machine health issue occurs on site (eg. over speeding, driver drowsiness, loading error, delays, tire or engine issue, etc.)
In addition, Logimine’s TQM App enables you to visually monitor current production. Charts show trips, tonnages or yields per machine, area and product. Last but not least, the TQM App is FREE to download!
INTELLIGENT ON-BOARD TERMINALS
Robust terminal for all vehicle types. No buttons and no disruption for the operators. The 6″ screen clearly displays all key information such as load points, load requirements, net carry weight, any change of cycles and others.
Robust terminal with a 7″ screen display. The operator has a precise view of the position and movements of heavy vehicles and the centimetre inclination of the buckets and arms. The terminal interface displays colour coded RTK graphics and maps.
