PCC4 is a world class Primary Command Centre giving you full

control over the production from anywhere. It interfaces with

our L2X hardware to track in real-time:

• Dispatch, loading, drilling, blasting activities

• Vehicle position and availability

• Engine speed, travel distance, shifts

From anywhere, Managers can take immediate action by sending instructions to operators,

adjusting shift cycles or altering vehicle routes and speeds. This instant upward and downward

communication empowers operators and other users to increase work productivity and improve safety.

Control data captured in the field from vehicle mounted equipment are securely stored in a database.

You can access them in real time and from anywhere via Internet Protocol (IP). You can check the status

of activities and monitor the movements of every dump truck, drill, loader, grader, excavator, dozer, as

well as position of shovels or buckets. The whole production process is continually assessed to ensure that

the use and maintenance of each vehicle is optimised.

L2X hardware and base station

Tough hardware and secure communication for tough environments

L2X provides realtime human/machine interface and accurate GPS  tracking of all vehicle types.

It empowers operators, reduces truck turnaround time and optimises mine site productivity.

The range comprises:

• L21-G4, intelligent on-board terminal with 4″ TFT screen, especially designed for trucks.

Compatible with EzRead external payload display.

• L21-G6, intelligent on-board terminal with larger, 6″ TFT screen, for loaders, drills, bulldozers

or 4×4 vehicles.

The touch sensitive colour screens are easy to use. No buttons and no disruption for the vehicle

operators.  The display notifies the operator of all key infomation such as load points, load

requirements, net carry weight, any change of cycles and others.

Check the available options that further improve control: Ez-Load – precision bucket position,

L21-W (Ez-scale) – dynamic weighing system and Ez-Drill - drill position tracker.

• L22-R on-board ethernet radio. Our radio equipment enables VHF/UHF, Wi-Fi or GPRS data

transmission on position and direction of travel, current vehicle activities. Positioning can be either

with meter acuracy or RTK centimeter accuracy.

• L22-RB ethernet base station, enabling radio-GPS communication between the vehicles and the server.

Our  UHV/UHF radio network system uses the power of Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) technology.

It has a range of more than 20km per station and requires one radio frequency only.
